- Initial quotes are estimates and may change after diagnostic inspection.
- Additional work beyond the original scope requires customer approval.
- Payment terms are communicated before device return or completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate device and contact information.
- Back up data before service when possible.
- Remove or disclose passcodes/locks as needed for authorized diagnostics.
5. Data and Device Content
While we take care in handling devices, customers remain responsible for backing up their data. Stewart Electronics, LLC is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, software corruption, pre-existing conditions, or required repair processes.
6. Bookings and Scheduling
- Bookings are requests until confirmed by Stewart Electronics, LLC.
- We may request rescheduling based on technician availability or parts constraints.
- Cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible.
7. Warranty and Limitations
Any service warranty, when offered, is limited to the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated failures, accidental damage, liquid damage after repair, misuse, power events, or unauthorized third-party work.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stewart Electronics, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or services.
